a “really deep house” mixtape is what an old friend asked for. i pulled out emotional, spiritual and uplifting underground classics. ones that offered up hope and salvation to the motley crew of people we met dancing away our cares and fears oh so many years ago. this was our house music brothers and sisters. * dedicated to Frankie Knuckles, R.I.P.
